If your trash/recycle is picked up on Friday, your bulky items will also be picked up on Friday.  Items are considered bulky if the item does not fit in your trash can.  If your bulky items are not picked up by 6:00 pm, contact the Harter's at 833-754-2158.  DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO REPORT A FAILURE TO PICKUP.  It will be to late by then.
