PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

 

Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Empire will hold its monthly meeting beginning at 7:30pm on Wednesday July 10, 2024, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4^th St. Rd.  The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct General Town business as authorized by law:

 

AGENDA

 

1. Call to Order
2. Roll call/ quorum
3. Verification of public notice by Town Board.
4. Approval of prior Town Board minutes by Town Board.
5. Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the Town Board in open session:
   1. To review and discuss the possibility amending our A-2 zoning to allow a Special use permit on the Jason Guelig property located at W4368 and W4370 Hwy 23 for the ability to conduct crushing to create recycled asphalt and concrete.
   2. Review and possibly approve Certified Survey Map for Gary L. Boyke & Rose A. Boyke, part of the southwest ¼ & southeast ¼ of the southwest ¼, section 19, township 15 north, range 18 east, Town of Empire, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.
   3. Appoint Daryl Dahl to Commissioner of the Town of Empire Sanitary District #1
   4. To review and discuss the maintenance of the retention pond in the Hilltop Subdivision on the John Snider property.
   5. Larry Marchionda wanted to discuss a driveway an easement for the Town Board to discuss and possibly act upon.
   6. To discuss and possibly act on the towns cost/billing of residents with additional refuse and recycling bins
   7. Review and possibly approve Resolution 2024-7-1 to allow short term borrowing from National Exchange Bank not to exceed $500,000 for the remainder of 2024
6. Report on Town Correspondence from Town Clerk & other officers.
7. Public forum. (Discussion only)
8. Payment of bills.
