NOTICE OF PLAN COMMISSION HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Empire PLAN COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing on Thursday December 19, 2024 beginning at 6:30 P. M. at the Empire town hall, W3675 4th St. Rd., to consider the agenda set forth as follows.

 

Notice is also given that members of the Town of Empire Board may attend the Town of Empire Plan Commission hearing at the above specified time and place.  Members may attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda.  No votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this hearing.  Persons having an interest are invited to attend or submit written comments to the Town Clerk prior to the Public Hearing.

 

AGENDA:

 

1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Statement of Public Notice
4. Consider the request from Jason Guelig to amend our Zoning Ordinance to allow the crushing of cement and asphalt to be used as aggregate to be sold commercially. These amendments apply to land zoned A-2 Agriculture.
5. Public comment.
6. Adjourn.
