PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

 

Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Empire will hold its monthly meeting beginning at 7:30pm on Wednesday December 11, 2024, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4^th St. Rd.  The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct General Town business as authorized by law:

 

AGENDA

 

1. Call to Order
2. Roll call/ quorum
3. Verification of public notice by Town Board.
4. Approval of prior Town Board minutes by Town Board.
5. Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the Town Board in open session:

 

1. Schedule a date for the 2025 Town of Empire Caucus
2. Review / discuss / possibly approve Certified Survey for Gary & Susan Edwards IN THE SE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 18. T. 15N -R. 18 E. TOWN OF EMPIRE, FOND DU LAC COUNTY, WISCONSIN
3. Discuss and possibly approve a notice or resolution to renew our $400,000 loan to National Exchange Bank & Trust that matures 12/27/2024. A 60 day renewal would suffice.
4. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 2024-12-01. New permit and inspection fees from the committee that meet November 23, 2024.

 

6. Report on Town Correspondence from Town Clerk & other officers.
7. Public forum. (Discussion only)
8. Payment of bills.
