    NOTICE OF PLAN COMMISSION HEARING

     

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Empire PLAN COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing on Thursday January 16, 2025 beginning at 6:30 P. M. at the Empire town hall, W3675 4th St. Rd., to consider the agenda set forth as follows.

     

    Notice is also given that members of the Town of Empire Board may attend the Town of Empire Plan Commission hearing at the above specified time and place.  Members may attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda.  No votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this hearing.  Persons having an interest are invited to attend or submit written comments to the Town Clerk prior to the Public Hearing.

     

    AGENDA:

     

    1. Call to order.
    2. Roll call.
    3. Statement of Public Notice
    4. Consider the request from James & Julie Immel to rezone 1.97 acres from “A-2 General Agricultural” to “Residential”. Property is located at W3201 Maple Road as part of parcel No. T08-15-18-35-10-003-00.
    5. Public comment.
    6. Adjourn.

    NOTICE OF TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING

     

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Empire TOWN BOARD will conduct a public hearing immediately following the Plan Commission hearings which will start at 6:30 pm Thursday January 16, 2025  to consider the recommendation of the Plan Commission and hear public comments regarding the below listed requests.  The hearings will be held at the Empire town hall, W3675 4th St Rd.

    1. Call to order.
    2. Roll call.
    3. Statement of Public Notice

     

    1. Consider/act on the Plan Commission recommendation for the request from James & Julie Immel to rezone 1.97 acres from “A-2 General Agricultural” to “Residential”. Property is located at W3201 Maple Road as part of parcel No. T08-15-18-35-10-003-00.  Possibly act on the Brad O’Brien Certified Survey.
